At Ansova, we offer Circulayer, our proprietary sustainable steel coating. The binder in the coating consists of 50% recycled material, significantly reducing environmental impact. Powder coating is inherently more sustainable than wet paint: it uses fewer raw materials, contains no solvents, and produces no chemical waste.

Sustainability
Sustainability is at the core of our operations. Compared to wet paint, steel coating has a significantly lower environmental impact throughout its entire lifecycle. It uses fewer raw materials, contains no solvents, and generates no waste. We have developed our own circular product and recycle excess powder. Our ovens use propane gas for CO2 compensation and are designed to minimize heat loss. Choosing Ansova means choosing a partner committed to the future.
